Re-enter contacts & re-enrich accounts

Things don’t always go as planned.
A contact may exit a workflow, while it shouldn’t. Or an account’s website may contain a typo or change.
For these situations, we’ve created a few very simple solutions.
Re-enter contacts in an email workflow
Did someone accidentally exit your workflow?
You can now re-enter this contact in your workflow in one click.

This means the contact will continue receiving emails following the original flow. They will simply receive the next step in the workflow after the delay set.
Easy!
Re-enrich accounts when their website is updated
From now on, when you update an account's website URL, Salesflare will prompt you to ask whether you'd like to re-enrich the account with new publicly available information.

Just click "yes" to confirm.
Before re-enriching, it removes any existing account information, except for the account’s name and custom fields.
Many more improvements and bug fixes
We fixed the bugs you reported, upped the performance in a few places, tweaked some app flows, improved the data collection, and much more. As always, keep the feedback coming through the live chat on our homepage — we thrive on it! 😍
