Write highly personalized emails using AI
Writing good sales emails takes time.
You want them to sound personal. You want them to sound like you. And you want to get them out the door without spending ages rewriting every sentence.
That’s why we built AI email assistance right into Salesflare’s email editor.
Just hit the new Assist button while writing an email, and Salesflare can help you:
- write an email from scratch
- adjust a draft based on your instructions
- correct spelling and grammar
- polish the wording
- make it more formal or informal
- make it longer or shorter
- personalize it
- or translate it into another language (49 languages supported!)
And this isn’t generic AI text generation.
Salesflare can take into account your current draft, the email you’re replying to, and the account context you already have in your CRM, so the result is much more useful and much more relevant. It has also learned from your emails to better match your usual tone, style, vocabulary, and the way you schedule meetings.
So instead of staring at a blinking cursor or endlessly tweaking a draft, you get a smart head start that feels a lot more like your own writing.

Use Salesflare in your language of choice
Software feels a lot easier to use when it speaks your language.
So we made Salesflare multilingual.
You can just head to Settings > Regional settings and pick the language you are personally most comfortable with (it’s a user level setting).
That means you and your team can work in the language that feels most natural to you.
It’s a simple change on the surface, but it makes a real difference. You move faster. Things feel more intuitive. And onboarding colleagues becomes easier too.
Because a CRM should feel familiar from the start, wherever you are and whatever language you work in.

Join the dark (mode) side
Some of us spend a lot of time in our CRM.
And when you do, a bright interface all day long can get a bit much.
So yes, dark mode is here!
If you like working in dark mode, you can now make Salesflare match the rest of your setup and give your eyes a break, especially during early mornings, late evenings, or long follow-up sessions.
It looks good, feels calmer, and makes working in Salesflare more comfortable. Which, frankly, is reason enough.
Just head to Settings > Regional settings.
Get clearer nudges during setup
Getting started with a CRM is easier when you know exactly what to do next.
But if you close the setup guide too early, it can be easy to lose momentum.
That’s why we improved the setup experience with clearer nudges to get you back into the guide and help you finish the most important setup steps.
In other words: less guessing, less dropping off halfway, and a smoother path to getting Salesflare fully working for you.
Because the faster you complete the essentials, the faster Salesflare can start doing its thing.
