Analyze your customer timelines using AI
Ever felt overwhelmed trying to piece together a customer's history from scattered emails, notes, and meetings? We've been there too.
That's why we built AI into your Salesflare timeline: to do the heavy lifting for you. 💪
Just click the little plus button at the bottom left of a timeline... or tag ‘@salesflare’ in an internal note.

Salesflare’s AI doesn’t just summarize what’s there. It understands context - like your role, your company, who your customer is, and what opportunities you're discussing - to give you insights that actually help.

Summarize conversations without the scroll
Want a quick refresher before a call?
Just hit “Summarize” to get a clean recap of emails, calls, meetings, and more... without reading through it all yourself.

You now have a sharp teammate on your side who always remembers everything.
Define the next steps
Not sure how to follow up?
“List next steps” scans the timeline and suggests what to do next, based on what’s already happened.

You can stay one step ahead without having to guess.
Ask questions & get instant answers
Need to check if pricing or some other detail came up? Wondering who’s most engaged?
Click “Ask a question” (or tag ‘@salesflare’ in a note), and the AI will search the timeline to give you the answer... instantly.

It’s like CTRL+F for your entire customer relationship.
Personalize your results
To personalize your AI results even more, it’s good to head to “Settings > Personalize AI” to tell Salesflare more about your company and yourself.
An example for your inspiration:

Find new leads right from your CRM

Just head to the new “Leads” module in your Salesflare navigation.

Filter. Create and find their business email. Add to a workflow. All in just a few clicks.
It’s powered by the new “lead credits” included on the plans, which are an upgrade to the former “email finding credits”. More about that later in this post.
Search like a pro
Looking for software founders in Berlin? Or sales directors of consultancies in New York?
Just set a few filters: location, industry, job title, company size... and boom: a list of leads that actually match what you need.

We’ve made it ridiculously easy to get targeted, relevant leads in seconds.
Add them to your pipeline in one click
Once you find a lead you like, just click “Create”.
We’ll instantly create the contact, account and opportunity, plus find a working business email. You can email or add them to an email workflow right away.

If they’re already in your CRM, you’ll see them highlighted in green. No awkward double-adding.

You can come back to it anytime or share it with your team, so everyone's prospecting from the same playbook.

See a promising lead while browsing a company website?
With Salesflare's newest update of the Chrome plugin, you can add them to your CRM in one click without leaving the page. 🧙
This update has been released as an entirely new extension (while the old one has been removed), which you can install here:
To make things easier, it may be best to uninstall the old extension. (Note that the old extension will not receive further updates and fixes.)
After this, just click the Salesflare icon in the Chrome toolbar to open the Chrome sidepanel. Then hit “Create account”.

It grabs company details, enriches it with public data, and adds it to the CRM on the spot.
Need the right person at this company? Then click “Find leads” below “Contacts” and start exploring.

No more copy-pasting. No more switching tools. Just fast, seamless prospecting wherever you are.
As part of this update, we’ve also moved the LinkedIn integration into the Chrome sidepanel instead of embedding it on the page, and we’ve stopped importing any private data. This change helps us comply with LinkedIn’s terms of service and keeps our Chrome plugin running smoothly.

Updated pricing on the monthly plans
We know price updates are never fun, so here’s a transparent look at what’s changing and why.
To reflect Salesflare’s increasing value - and to help us keep delivering improvements - we’re adjusting our monthly pricing for the very first time.
New monthly pricing (starting September 1 for existing customers, as from your following renewal):
- Growth: $35 → $39/user/month
- Pro: $55 → $64/user/month
- Enterprise: $115 → $124/user/month
Prefer the current pricing? It’s staying the same on the annual plans:
- Growth: $29/user/month
- Pro: $49/user/month
- Enterprise: $99/user/month
Switch to annual and lock in the old rate, while saving up to 25% in the process.
Note that also the email finding credits have been replaced with lead credits. These now provide much more value, so the amount included in each plan and package has been adjusted.
